I began my journey in healthcare, earning my nursing technician qualification in Brazil. After gaining hands-on experience in a hospital in Ireland as a nursing assistant, I moved to England, where I discovered my true passion—advanced aesthetics.
With a deep love for anatomy and skin health, I pursued extensive training, completing Level 2, 3, and 4 certifications, along with specialized microneedling courses. In 2024, I worked in a renowned aesthetic clinic, further refining my skills before taking the next step—founding Harmony Lounge at the end of that year.

How many sessions are needed to see results?
Are the procedures painful?
We understand that this is a common concern, but rest assured! Most procedures, such as Botox and fillers, cause only mild discomfort. To ensure your comfort, I always apply a topical anaesthetic before starting. My goal is to make your experience as pleasant and virtually pain-free as possible.
How long do the results of the treatments last?
The duration of results varies depending on the treatment. Botox, for example, lasts between 4 to 6 months. Biostimulators have a longer-lasting effect, as they continue to stimulate collagen production for up to 12 months. As for facial fillers, results typically last between 12 to 18 months, depending on the treated area and the product used.
Can I have more than one treatment at the same time?
Yes, you can! In fact, we often recommend a combination of treatments. For example, Botox can be used for expression lines, biostimulators to improve skin firmness, and fillers to restore volume. Everything is tailored to your needs, ensuring the most natural and harmonious results.
How much does it cost to combine treatments?
The cost depends on your specific needs. After your initial consultation, I will create a personalised treatment plan, outlining all the details, including pricing and the recommended number of sessions. The most important thing is that you feel confident and comfortable with your treatment journey.
